In Germany he was the General Manager of Regus and then as member of the Board was responsible for all new international projects.

He was awarded “The Real Estate Man” in 2000 by one of the biggest newspapers in Germany, “DIE WELT” for his innovative concept “office of the future”.

In Barbados Dietmar worked as the Director for Hamptons International for 3yrs. He also acted as a consultant on major developments in Barbados and neighbouring Caribbean islands including projects of over 200 villas, as well as condominiums and golf course.
